1) What is reflection? It is the process of thinking, questioning and decision making. 2) How important is reflective teaching? Reflective teaching inspires you not only what happened, it makes you think about why it happened. If teachers explain a topic to their students, they need to know why they are doing that. 3) What is the reflection cycle? This cycle is based on 4 steps: -Thinking: Consists on deliveration. -Ask questions: it makes you think about solving problems and resolving conflicts. -Act -Reflect 4) What is reflection? It is when people think about something.
